Discroption of RDM4024V-PCI:
The RDM4024G-PCI marking control card based on the PCI bus is a high-performance motion controller specially developed by Ruida Technology for laser galvanometer applications, which complies with the standard PCI specification standards. The hardware platform is based on an industrial-grade DSP + FPGA architecture, and combines excellent galvanometer control algorithms and laser synchronous control algorithm to achieve excellent trajectory control of galvanometer. The data adopts bi-directional DMA operation, thus heightening the efficiency of data communication.

1. Advanced graphics and image positioning and target feature learning realize precision vision positioning marking.
2. Worked with an independent application software RDMarkVision, integrated automatic correction algorithm for visual aided galvanometer, support visual positioning recognition marking, assembly line visual anti-duplicate identification marking and visual custom track motion recognition.
3. Equipped with comprehensive optical fixture and light source systems.
4. Support feature matching, gray matching, custom template and other visual positioning methods.
5. Support CO2, UV and fiber laser marking models.
Software RDMark Vision(Free)
Support PLX,DFX,DST,DSB,SVG,BMP,JPG and other file formats import,display and edit functions,support image file import and processing.Support simplified Chinese,traditional Chinese,Engilsh and other languages.
