RUIDA LFS-PM-T43 Automatic Height Control System
Discroption of LFS-PM-T43:
LFS-PM-T43 automatic height controller is specially used for the mixed metal and non-metal cutting developed by Shenzhen Ruida Technology Co., LTD. Equipped with 4.3” industrial TFT color touch screen with friendly operating interface, it can display the status and data in real time. Besides, it adopts a high performance amplifier and professional anti-interference design to greatly increase the speed of motion and response of the height controller and achieve the accurate automatic height control.

1. Adopt capacitive sensing technology to realize the automatic calibration function of capacitance parameter and match with any cutting head.
2. Support many protection functions such as collision alarm, limit protection and servo alarm.Online modification and real-time position detection of focus position. The capacitance detection range is from 0 to 9.9mm.
3. Real-time motion status display of the cutting head and alarm information prompt.
4. Support settings of various lifting height and speed to make different ways of cutting more convenient.
5. Support step pierce, low voltage pierce, step pierce, frog and lifting functions working with Ruida controller.
Software MetalCute(Free)
Support PLT,DXF,AI,DST and other file formats import,display and edit functions,support image file import and processing.
