With its multitude of general and special IO control interfaces, as well as numerous external interconnection options, the RDC6585PC controller excels in motion control capabilities. This versatility enables it to handle a wide range of processing tasks, including laser processing and glue spraying, either independently or in combination.
One of the standout features of this system is its ability to support not only single laser plus glue spraying processing but also dual-head synchronous processing models. This means that it can drive double-head systems that operate in tandem, whether using a single belt or multiple belts. Furthermore, the RDC6585PC can achieve two-channel laser and glue spraying synchronous processing in a layered manner, adding an extra layer of complexity and precision to the manufacturing process.
